Electronic Prepress Form - This is a required form to get your jobs in production, and moving smoothly through our system. Please complete all technical information about how your files were created. It is also helpful to complete the "CHECKLIST" portion of the form, this will help alleviate many small issues that could potentially slow down the printing time of your job. If you are uploading your files to our FTP site it is also a good idea to include a copy in your uploaded folder, if you are sending files on a CD please just include a hard-copy of completed form. Preparing files for FTP UPLOAD: Please assemble all files that you intend to send and place into one folder. Label folder with your JOB NUMBER. If you do not have a job number, please contact your J&M sales representative before uploading files. Include a copy of your Electronic Prepress Form. (Please Compress Folder Before Loading) E-mail Files - You are welcome to simply E-mail your files to us, as long as the files do not exceed 10 megabytes. cid@josylnmorris.com. CD Disk Submittals Welcome - If your files are too large for e-mail, or you choose not to send them digitally, you are welcome to send them on a disk.
